I lowered my eating portions. When I would eat dinner I wouldnt go back for more, I would eat what was on my plate and that was it. When I wanted a snack I ate some vegetables, or fruit. I had dessert once a week to curb my sweetness cravings. I drank nothing but water.
As for exercise, I walked for an hour every other day around the neighborhood and on the other days, I went to the gym and worked out. I also did some little things like parking my car further away from the store doors, and walking to the corner store if I needed something.
