You look absolutely amazing. I have the same body structure, except of course you are thinner than me even in your BEFOREso that was really encouraging to see. Umm, may I ask what kind of exercise did you do?

thanks so much!!! I basically made sure that I worked out 3-4 days to start out with (now I do 5-6 a week because I want to tone up more).
I got a trainer because it was just not happening doing it myself, I would start to sweat and then I would stop lol. But basically I always do like 20 mins of cardio (precor, elliptical, or treadmill) and then I did weight training or like circuit training for the rest of the 40 mins. Then I would usually stay a little bit longer and try to fit more cardio in. Of course it was super hard at first, and I hated every moment of it, but my trainer basically saved my life.
Also had to make sure my diet was on track, I was a dining out junkie, so I had to change that quick lol.
