my before and after -- need motivation!

Don't have a scale but this is about 6 months of walking a lot more and decreasing portion sizes. I've been trying to eat healthier but then get super hungry and binge on something bad at the end of the day. Starting today I am determined to NOT do that anymore!!! I would love any tips on how people resist the urge!!!!! Seeing some results is encouraging but I have a long way to go.

I understand when you say you try to eat healtier and small portion but it's hard at the end of the day !

Please , tell us how is it past for you , what kindle of sport you are doing , how long ?


How many time do you walk by week ?


Keep motivation , you do great ! And you are already beautiful !!!!!!!!! But I understand that you want to loose little weight !
 
How many calories are you eating in a day? Are you sure you're eating enough? That could be part of the reason you're super hungry at the end of the day. I'm not sure what your living situation is like but I just don't keep stuff I know I'm prone to binge on in the house. No cookies, ice cream or chips. They're way too tempting for me to have around. Congrats on your success so far, keep up the good work!!!
