Don't have a scale but this is about 6 months of walking a lot more and decreasing portion sizes. I've been trying to eat healthier but then get super hungry and binge on something bad at the end of the day. Starting today I am determined to NOT do that anymore!!! I would love any tips on how people resist the urge!!!!! Seeing some results is encouraging but I have a long way to go.
