My Before & After

Thanks for such kind words everyone!

I'm working hard to share with as many people as possible. I believe doing so keeps me accountable when it comes to maintenance and it is my hope that sharing my story will also help motivate others.

I've been amazed by many of your Before & After transformations as well!
