My backside as of now.

It's been months since I've had any new progress pictures taken, and this one was done about 2 weeks ago. I'm surprised at how much doing narrow-gripped pulling exercises have really made my stubborn lats begin to grow.

Now, I'm trying to lower my bodyfat to achieve more definition. I'm excited to see how this will look in about a month or so.

The 'before' picture was taken several months ago...unfortunately I don't remember when exactly.

Since then, I went from being stuck at 115, now at 122 lbs.

impressive. :)

holy cow! how many inches have you dropped on your waiste? how did you do that?

I am a guy, and i am trying to reduce that mid section while maintaining my shoulder width..it seems I am getting broader up top and staying the same in the middle. you are a girl and you have nailed it!!

shoulders look great. Good grief,,, I'm envious.

Actually, I haven't lost any inches off my waist to be honest. It's always been tiny (25 inches); but my back grew [wide] enough that it created the illusion of a smaller waist and more of an hourglass figure.

i know the Q was directed at the OP, but i thought i'd jump in and say that mine did significantly :(
but i guess that depends on how much you lower your bf%???

Thanks everyone. :)

Actually, my breast size has stayed exactly the same...but the fact that I have more muscles packed on now + the tiny waist creates the illusion of a more hourglass shape and larger breastisis.

And to moonbeam - I used the self-timer feature. I gots no boytoy just yet haha.

Here's a full-body one. My upper body is naturally slimmer than my lower, since I gain most of my weight around my hips/thighs. Ever since I became a jump roping addict and lifting a lot heavier while keeping my reps low, it's been balancing out nicely. My shoulders are lagging a bit, so I'm definitely trying to work on that so that they catch up.

Great job, want to share some ideas for me to get there. I run 3 miles 3-5 times a week, but have been in a rut for a year and am just about ready to quit. I think for the most part I eat ok I know I go off sometimes, but for the most part I am pretty good, breakfast usually 2 whole wheat slices of bread with peanut butter, lunch a salad or lean cusine and dinner chicken. Any help would be totally appreciated.

Thank you. :)

I do a very little low weight. I do curls, push ups, squats and some times tri-cep dips.
There's your problem. Lifting "very little low weight" will get you nowhere. Start lifting hard and heavy, and incorporate a lot more exercises.

awesome bod! perfect shape. gj on the lower back ^_^
