Would you take advice from a fat doctor? Nah...didn't think so :(

Hello everyone, It's Jay, and I'm back here trying to lose weight (again). I haven't seen you guys in almost a year, and it's mostly because I gave up on weight loss....

But today is different. Oh yes, 2013 is here and it's time to get off my butt and start making some changes.

In Fall of 2011 I created this thread. I was 221 lbs. I was obese, very weak, very flabby, and very unhappy. Today I am 194 lbs - about 30 lbs loss, and I am a happy person that can actually fit into clothes! But I'm not done yet; I still have 30 more lbs to go until I hit 160 (my goal weight), and I'm not going to stop until I'm done.

And the reason why I want to lose weight is because I want to be a doctor! And, honestly, would you take health advice (especially nutritional and fitness advice) from a fat doctor? If you're like me, then I wouldn't think so, haha. My program is starting in Fall of 2013 and I want to lose substantial weight so that I can make a good first impression.

I'll be here posting my thoughts every day, but instead of writing ONLY text, I'll be doing vlogs on youtube too! I'm confident enough so that I'm not afraid of my appearance, and I'm happy about that :).
