Right now i have a nice 6 pack in my opinion and i do my abs 3 times a week hitting them hard on wensdays. I do 3 sets of upper abs, one set of sides, and 3 sets of lower abs. but im not making and progress anymore. they have stayed the same ever since i got them. My diet is very clean and my body fat is in the 6 to 7 percent fat range. I do cardio 5 days a week for 30 mins on weeks days and for about and hour on saturday. What can i do to get my abs to grow and look more cut?
