My 6-Pack Journey

Okay, I know the Stereotype of men is that they all want to have Slim, Chiseled, Washboard Abs.

That is in fact, my goal, (I guess I contribute to that stereotype, :p)but hear me out.

My Body Specs:
Height: 5' 8" (or 68 inches or 172 cm)
Weight: 160 lbs (or 72.73 kgs)
Gender: Male
Age: 16

Reasons:
(1.) My family, (On my mothers side) has long ties of back problems, and one of the many uses of Abdominal Muscles are to support the back. Now, obviously, just because your abs aren't visible, doesn't mean you don't have them, but I figure if I'm going to have toned abdominals, they might as well be visible :p
(2.) It's more of a "Self Goal," I'm Definitely not doing this to show off to girls, Yes I have girl friends/relationships, but I'm not going to walk around all day with my shirt off, and I think that is why many men suffer with Obesity, What do I mean by this?
- There is no denying that, many men, would love to have Nice, Fit, Washboard Abs. The only problem is the lack of Self-Determination, along with
an actual purpose is an equation that only leads to obesity. No Confidence+No Effort+No Attempt=Obesity, or at least the lack of a "6-Pack"-
-All of this being in my opinion of course.
Anyway, Tomorrow I will start, but tonight, I hope you all can give me some of your own insightful input, and remember, Every Opinion Matters, so say anything you wish!
Please Read This Before Commenting!!!!!:
I did say that all opinions matter, but I guess there is one that I don't want to hear; the fact that "I'm too young to worry about that, or kids need to focus on childhood..blah blah blah..." Just like Losing weight, you don't have to make it your whole life's purpose, your goals can be achieved on the side, almost out of focus.

Thanks, ~SeanZor~
Edit: FORGOT TO SAY THIS, I'm not just trying to support men in their goals for muscle, I hope everyone achieve the goals!

BUMP!!!!!!!!

Lol. Why bump your journal rather than simply writing something about how your day's going? If you want a hug or a pat on the head, just ask. ;)

If you want my advice, try to take yourself less seriously, and just do what you want to do. That's all life is really about, trying to figure out what is best. I know it's a pretty difficult thing to do when you're 15 years old, but it'll do you a world of good.

As for fitness and nutrition knowledge, well, do some reading and come up with a solid plan and some goals. Once you get that done (and post it here), I'm sure any number of regulars here will be more than happy to do some critiquing and make some suggestions. :)

general health has always been a interest of mine, I've been doing "Research" on nutrition/ health since I was 12 (I'll be 17 in a month)...:p

Once you get those six-pack abs, you'll want to show them off. ;)
Maybeeeeee, but I'm not going to be all lame and self-superficial, also, I probably won't associate with any girls who like guys purely based off their "body" does that mean "Losers" then? No
:p :p :p
