my 4 months progress

Great job, man, you've made obvious progress. I bet people are noticing:)

well done on the progress mate. Can you give me a bit more info on the pectus excavatum? I've never come across this before. You chest seems ok from the initial pics you posted? What are the signs of this deformity?

It is deformity of the sternum bone. The bone is pressed into the chest, resulting in a "caved-in" or sunken appearance.
Pectus excavatum is a congenital deformity of the sternum.
The condition usually progresses during the time of rapid bone growth in the early teenage years. Estimates for the prevalence of this condition range from one in 150 to 1000 children. Though the cause is not certain, the male/female ratio is 3 to 1.
Surgical correction has been shown to repair any functional symptoms that may occur in the condition, such as respiratory problems or heart murmurs.

Man, great progress, you're an inspiration. Your chest look great, they've gotten big. Your deformity is no longer visible, it's completely gone.
Honestly I don't see any deformity at all in the later pictures, your chest looks full, big and muscular.
It seems to me like you're overthinking about your deformity. You did great and you're worrying too much about it, being self-conscious. At this point it's all in your head. Don't think about it.
Try to realize and grasp the fact that you don't have a deformity, you will feel much better believe me.
Keep up the great work!

Christ mate. That is some serious improvement. Guess it's down to what works eh?

Keep it up man. How are your legs looking?

Great job! You're constantly improving!
Post some back pics also.

Do you live by any chance in one of the former yugoslavian countries?

So we're fairly close :)

Back is looking good also! Keep up the good work
