hey
when i first start my workout my muscles like my chest or whatever get all nice ne rock solid ... feels good ... but then about half way or a bit after they begin to turn to jello .... then after the workout theyre all jello'd out. just wondering if this is normal or if im lifting improperly ... i hate jello
