Muscles Tics??

Have any of you guys ever experienced muscle tics, where certain parts of your mody suddenly go twitching away..Does this occur because of the lack of protein or it is normal..I do feel as if the muscle's recede after this happends, Is the twitching part of muscle loss..
 
Depends what you mean by twitching. My left eye twitches all the time and annoys me alot. I also get involuntary movements which i have no control over, both are normal.
