muscled arms

I am female and have very muscled arms. Guys ask me all the time if I work out. I have not worked out in 15 years. Though I have had children and carrying them around I guess is a work out. My arms have the muscle I just want to tone them. What can I do to tone them and not add more muscle?

P.S. I am going to start a work out routine and in order to work my back and other areas I am worried that it will add to my arms.

stretch, alot... and if you are going to work your arms at all very low weights... your back for pulling exercises consider using wrist wraps (they are wraps that help you hold the weight and consintrate on the movement...

heres a link so you can see what they look like... you can get them at any sporting goods store...

the link also shows you how to correctly use them... try them they will help.

Unless your grip is inhibiting you from lifting, don't worry about the straps. However, there's only one way to increase grip strength and that's to skip the straps.

Any compound movement that uses the biceps and triceps will add some mass to your arms but if you skip isolating them, you shouldn't have to worry about to much.
