muscle toning

I've been working out for awhile now and I have gotten pretty big. But since the workout i have gained a little fat that is covering up my muscles. Im 6 foot 3 205 lbs. I jus tneed a little bit of fat loss to lose it. i run 2.5 miles every other day and sprint hills in between those.any good info will be greatly appreciated. :)
 
A clean diet is essential for fat loss - do a search on the forums for info as I don't have time to go into it now, sorry. Running everyday is too much cardio, too - if you're doing sprints, especially. Do HIIT 3-4 times per week, at the most, and that's all the cardio you need.
 
i agree w/spockafina.. if you have a higer fat % than u would like to have, then a clean diet is #1, cardio #2, and #3 more intense work outs with reps in the range of 16-18
