Whats up guys, quick question i just started lifting weights about 1 month ago ive been using 2 different workout programs the 300 program (from the movie some of yall might seen on mens fitness basically 300 reps) and just a basic workout that im on now (chest/arms/back/legs/shoulders split into different days) my problem is that i never feel a good deal of muscle sorness sometimes im sore during the workouts, but never after wards or even that night or the next morning im using about 75-80% of my max with the weights when i do my work outs most of the workouts call for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps and im really wore out after the workouts and im doin a 4 count eccentric each time i lift, up for 2 seconds down for 4 3 2 1 any ideas why this may be? Would just like to feel some stifness or being sore afterwards for at least a day so i can feel like im atleast accompishing something and getting somewhere with my workouts instead of maknig no progress thanks guys
