Need to lose overdeveloped forearm; former job related - anterior swell near wrist. Anyone have a clue?
Bad news: It's hard to loose muscle and you can't spot reduce.
Good news: A lot of guys plateau on their bicep curls because they don't work their forearms enough. You wouldn't have that problem. Maybe work your biceps so they can match your forearms. And I think big forearms are awesome, but that's just my opinion. Whenever you wear a normal short sleeve shirt, what's showing? The forearms, son.
