Has any one seen the new Muscle and Fitness Training System DVD set. You can buy it off there website for $60.
I got it free with this years subscription to the mag, and I say its a waste of time.
I only watched the "chest and shoulders" DVD and for the whole 40mins he said "making sure that your holding your breath, for extra power" WTF!!!!!
The "MASS buliding" chest program consisted of
Flat bench press 5x12-10-8
incline press 5x10-10-10
decline dumbell press 5x8-10-12
flat bench flye 5x10-10-12
cable flye 3x 15-15(or faliure)
I may be wrong but isn't 152 reps way too much for a work out???
I hardly ever go about 60. Hardly a "MASS building workout.
I can see how there are so many arguments in the weight training world because your got the editor of muscle and fittness mag spewing out this over 5 DVDs!
