I'm having an issue with muscle fatigue during my weight training. It's very odd. I will power through my first two sets and then I will power through the first six reps of my 3rd set. At that point I ussually lose steam 50% through my lift and no matter how hard I will it, I cant get it uhhh..lol..lift the weight. The wierd thing is that it happens so suddenly. It's not like "wow these are getting gradually harder".. it's like a stop sign on the freeway.

Thats kind of how it happens. Anyways, I don't know why it comes on so instantaneously. Can somebody please enlighten me and perhaps offer a solution. I've tried going down in weight, but it just seems too easy.
