Ok, I must say I feel very good today. Got on the scale and I am down 4.5lbs (193.5). This is great because believe it or not, I got on the scale Friday afternoon and it said 200lb. I am sure it's just water weight but weight is weight. I am really trying to stop getting on the scale every day. I did good with my eating and exercise this weekend. I watched my calories and did alot of indoor and outdoor activities. I plan on going to the gocery store when I get off work so I can have a good meal plan for the rest of the week. I think the best thing I have learned the last couple of weeks is that weight loss does not happen over night. I no longer want a quick fix. I want a change that will last a life time. I am learning to make realistic goals and stay committed. i think I am getting off to a good start. So go me, go me, go me!
