Ok, I don’t even know where to start with this. I joined the site a year ago. I love the motivation and advice. I have been away for last 3-4 months. Life’s been crazy. I’m ready to get back on board. I started WW in May 2010. I loved it. I plan to start back as soon as I have the funds. I lose 17lbs (178) in 4 months on WW. I am now back up to 183-185. I had surgery again on September 23rd and it’s so hard to balance everything and take all those meds. I am now off all my meds and ready to get things back they way they should be. I am at the point where I need to prove to myself that I can do this. Losing weight has been such a challenge for me this past year. I am ready to put this weight-loss mind issue behind me. My weight loss goal is set at 150. I am 5’7 and haven’t been that weight since I had my second child. I plan to follow WW points to control my eating and exercise 5-6 days a week. I usually exercise on an elliptical or cross training machine for 35-60 minutes a day. I am also going back to dance class “today”. I’m so excited. I miss dancing soooo much.
This week has started out well. I exercised yesterday on the elliptical and I am going to dance class tonight. I don’t have my diet under control yet but I am going to the grocery store tonight.
Oh and for those who don’t know me, I am a wife and mother of 3. I work full time; go to school full time and my husband coaches to sports. I try not to miss a game. Oh, my 2 boys also play 2-3 sports a piece so planning ahead is the only way for me.
I’ve thought long and hard about my weight-loss goals (I have to be realistic) and this is what I came up with:
November 12th- 180lbs
November 26th- 176lbs
December 9th- 172lbs
December 14th (my birthday) - 170lbs
That’s as far as I’m going right now. I know that’s 10lbs in 42 days but I really think I can do it. My goals are realistic and within reach. So here we go again. Good luck to all and I will be chatting with you often.
