Mrskt... Getting back on track!!!

Ok, I don’t even know where to start with this. I joined the site a year ago. I love the motivation and advice. I have been away for last 3-4 months. Life’s been crazy. I’m ready to get back on board. I started WW in May 2010. I loved it. I plan to start back as soon as I have the funds. I lose 17lbs (178) in 4 months on WW. I am now back up to 183-185. I had surgery again on September 23rd and it’s so hard to balance everything and take all those meds. I am now off all my meds and ready to get things back they way they should be. I am at the point where I need to prove to myself that I can do this. Losing weight has been such a challenge for me this past year. I am ready to put this weight-loss mind issue behind me. My weight loss goal is set at 150. I am 5’7 and haven’t been that weight since I had my second child. I plan to follow WW points to control my eating and exercise 5-6 days a week. I usually exercise on an elliptical or cross training machine for 35-60 minutes a day. I am also going back to dance class “today”. I’m so excited. I miss dancing soooo much.
This week has started out well. I exercised yesterday on the elliptical and I am going to dance class tonight. I don’t have my diet under control yet but I am going to the grocery store tonight.
Oh and for those who don’t know me, I am a wife and mother of 3. I work full time; go to school full time and my husband coaches to sports. I try not to miss a game. Oh, my 2 boys also play 2-3 sports a piece so planning ahead is the only way for me.
I’ve thought long and hard about my weight-loss goals (I have to be realistic) and this is what I came up with:
November 12th- 180lbs
November 26th- 176lbs
December 9th- 172lbs
December 14th (my birthday) - 170lbs
That’s as far as I’m going right now. I know that’s 10lbs in 42 days but I really think I can do it. My goals are realistic and within reach. So here we go again. Good luck to all and I will be chatting with you often.

Good luck. You seem to know exactly what you need to do and are willing to do it so I'm sure that you will reach your goal.

Its so good to see you back again! I miss updating eachother. Your plan sounds like a great new start and I know you can reach your goal weight! You seem like such a super mom being able to keep such a tight ship running with your family and still working on your goals, that is very inspiring. You dance class sounds so fun! I hope you have an amazing time and I hope that you are having a great healthy day today!

I was so ready for my dance class last night just to find out I had the wrong night....:willy_nilly:. Oh well I will make it Next MONDAY!!! It's so great to be able to chat with you again.
 
Hello All,
Today's going ok. TOM is here so I am in a world of pain. My diet has been good and bad.
B- Low fat Yogurt 2pts
L-Fried chicken wing -4pts

You see what I mean. Breakfast went as planned but lunch didn't. I am not going to work out this afternoon. I can barely lift my legs to walk. Why does cramps have to be sooooo bad........
Tomorrow will be better.

Sorry that you got a few pounds back, but you'll have them gone again in no time. ^_^

Ok, bad day. TOM is still here. I feel so bad. i have only had a cup of chili from Wendy's today and feel like I am going to throw it up. I just want o go to sleep. Ugh..... My son has a football game today.... God give me strength because I don't kow where I'm going to get it from.....
 
Great to see you back!! Don't worry about the gain -it happens to all of us!! We will get back to it just like before..one day at a time. I'm thinking about joining WW again too and hope I can convince my hubby it's worth the money. I don't know why but it just works for me.

Thanks Lisa! You know you are one of my biggest motivations. And yes TOM is gonnnneeeeee. Hopefully it won't be back for another 3 months. And I love WW. I might have gained 4lbs back but I am always tracking. and this is the only plan I didn't gain all the weight back on.
