I had a reasonably good day yesterday, but wound up eating too many carbs. But the scales are still going downwards, so I guess I didn't eat too much.
I'm now 100.6. Yay!

I still have 2 crumpets calling me from the fridge, but once they have gone (translation: I have eaten them :blush5: ) I'll be back to my regular low carbing.
 
Today was a wee bit too carby, but not too bad. Not really. ;)

2 cheesy toasted crumpets
savoury bread and butter custard (Vegemite and cheese on the bread)
curried beef

1500 calories, 65 carbs. I should be staying under 60, but will do better tomorrow.
 
Wow.. I have a hard enough time just counting the calories.. I guess I should be doing carbs too... no no no... i don't wanna look!!! *dives into bowl of pasta... nom nom!!*
 
Still doing pretty well with my food. And the exercise is picking up too. I estimate I burned about 1200 calories today, so I'm happy about that.

Today I ate:
chicken and cheese on toast
small spaghetti with bacon, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms
tuna patties, broccoli and potato

1400 cals, 70 carbs
 
I'm really starting to feel good about this. I can do it!
I reckon I burned off another 1200 cals today, so as long as I can keep this up...

My food:
chicken & cheese on toast
2 lamb cutlets with potato and salad
creamy chicken curry

1600 cals, 46 carbs

Wow, I am so impressed with myself! <reaches around to pat self on back> Today I have been doing this (again) for 1 week, and have lost 4 whole kilograms! That's 8.8 pounds. Over half a stone! I guess most of it's water, but I'm still glad it has gone. Now to keep it up for another 40 odd weeks.
 
That's not ALL you eat, is it? Or is that the food that you celebrate because it was the tastiest part of the day? It sounds tasty...
 
I don't bother putting down the amounts of food I eat, just the cals and carbs. But I eat enough to not go hungry. ;)

Today:
leftover chicken curry
protein shake
3 lamb cutlets, potato, green beans

1600 cals, 34 carbs
 
Chicken Curry sound delicious, a bit weird cause it's 9:30 am here but tasty annyways! Congrat on the 8pounds lost it took me 8 weeks to do that I am so jealous ;) Keep it up you are doing more then great!

I started today feeling quite unwell, but fortunately I picked up as the day wore on. I even managed a workout this afternoon. I didn't have much energy, but managed to get through a gentle version. Burned off a few more calories. ;)

Today:
cheese on toast
cheese and salmon on toast
protein shake
beef casserole

1400 calories, 47 carbs

I'm feeing just fine this morning. And felt even better when I hopped on the scales and saw I am now down to 98.2! And I really have to go clothes shopping soon because everything is getting so loose. It's a great problem to have!

beef patties, potato and choy sum

1420 cals, 75 carbs :eek:

I really must be more carb cautious tomorrow. But I did enjoy that bun...

corned silverside, mustard cream sauce, green beans and mushrooms

1500 cals, 18 carbs
 
Good Job on attaining your goals!!!!! I am 11lb pounds away from getting my new purse, that is my choice of reward for loosing my first 20lb. Good job I bet you reach the next one very soon!

So, the food...
corned beef and cheese on toast
hot cross buns (2), 4 crumpets with cheese :cuss:
snags and hash browns

Hideous. Just hideous. Didn't count calories, and I shudder to think how many carbs.

But today is a whole other day, so I have crawled back onto the wagon, where I plan to attach myself, with superglue if necessary.

And NO further buns or crumpets will enter this house. None.

hahahaha!! I know the feeling my husband and kids have been eating the buns but I have been very good to fight the urge to eat any myself!
I just steer clear of the bakery section at the shops,if I dont see them I am not tempted to buy them!Same with the lolly and icecream aisles.

:hurray::hurray::hurray:8 LBS LOST!!! That is soooo good! I am happy to see you back and sticking with it! Posting calories to the diary is a good idea. I think I might implement that in my diary as well. All the best!
