Mr. Coffee upgrade?

i have always been a Mr. Coffee guy and the latest version... probably 3rd or 4th i've owned since college has died on me.

i see much more modern versions today still fairly reasonable at $25-$30... my last Mr C was probably more than 10 years old... but i also see some brewers in the $60 to $100 dollar range, Cuisinart being on the high end. anyone own and can recommend something other than Mr C? ... for a good reason?

never mind...

got a tip from the grasscity guys.... Breville.
i bought my aunt a countertop Breville oven a while back and it was nice.

$300... slight *ouch*... but the pot definitely looks harder to break (the reason i retired a few of my Mr. C's)

holy cow... this ain't no Mr. Coffee....

some of the reviews seem to indicate that this one works best if you take care to clean it out regularly, but i'm pretty good in that respect. sounds like it would be better off in a lower use home vs an overactive office situation.
