Me too! 3 steps forward, 1 step back, 3 steps forward........
We are so much better than we used to be at this. You are doing well Mowens xoC

Down in weight for the last 2 days in a row. Gettin' my groove back and super excited that my FitBit will be here tomorrow.

I've officially gotten too small for my belt. My pants are now falling off with it on the tightest notch. Since I have no idea how much weight I'll end up losing or how quickly, I want to hold off on buying smaller pants because I'd like to be able to wear jeans without a belt sometimes. So a smaller belt it is!

Back in 09 when I lost 60lb I got a leather hole punch and put new holes in my belt. It was a very satisfying project.

I actually own a smaller belt I've had since high school that I had to punch a smaller hole in when I was much thinner because I didn't want to have to pay for a new belt. :D

As I got fatter, the metal part of it starting digging into my stomach and got really uncomfortable after 9 hours of sitting at a desk job. I mean, red, throbbing indention in my stomach painful.

I wonder if now that my stomach has shrunk significantly if it'd be more comfortable to wear it. Perhaps I'll wear it tomorrow and report the results.

Ooo, more belt space is a real accomplishment! That´s where the health benefits are, Mowens :)

That's what I'm fighting. Been wearing a less impressive cloth belt lately cuz my preferred rawhide leather belt sometimes feels like it's causing internal damage it's cutting in so deeply.

I like the sound of belt reclamation mowens! I never used to wear belts when I was big but had to start since I lost weight. To me, having to wear a belt is a plus!

I'm shaped like a cantaloupe on top of an ice cream cone, so my body actively pushes pants down unless there's a belt there to keep it from happening. I don't even have an arse to hold them up - so much so that bicycle shorts and compression shorts can slide down.

Sorry ladies, I'm already taken!

So happy news all around today.

1) It's Friday and that's always reason enough to be happy.
2) My FitBit came a day early and I'm currently trying it out.
3) I hit over 30lbs lost today!

I'm currently sitting at 244lbs for a total loss of 30.4lbs (13.7kg/2.1 stone).

I really feel great about this milestone. I never want to hit 250 again. I hope I will feel able to say the same once I hit 225 and 200 respectively.

I know the journey ahead is still long and will likely only get more difficult, but I am ready for the challenge and I can't wait to fit back into clothes I haven't been able to wear for over 12 years. By next year, I hope to not even recognize the person in the mirror.

Great job on the weight loss! 30 pounds is fantastic. You will get to your goal. Attitude and perseverance is key and it sounds like you have both! Keep up the good work.

I know I clicked "like" for this, but I really wanted to say love, love, love this! I love all of it. Be proud mowens- very proud! :D
