I liked Dragon (the story of Bruce Lee). Jason Lee had never done martial arts before the movie and I found that he did a great job.

Speaking of Lee... How about Brandon. The dialog blows in all (except the Crow), but I love his coreography and fighting scenes in "Rapid Fire" and "Showdown in Little Tokyo."
 
If you didn't like Kill Bill Volume 1, Volume 2 would probably make you like it. Lawl, yeah, did anyone see Uma Thurman try to fight Gordon Liu? Lame.

I forgot about Once Upon a Time in China (as well as Iron Monkey). The OUTC series were so sweet, besides the last one didn't have Jet Li as Wong Fei Hung...oh yes, and the OUTC when Wong Fei Hung went to America...wtf what that ****?

I loved "Soldier." Kind of a B film, but very entertaining. Neat story... And, when they fight while hanging from those chains... Bad ass!
 
one martial arts anime that I have yet to see is "Fist of the North Star" very good so it seems I really need to see that I have played a video game based on it called "Last Battle: Legend of the Final Hero"
 
I know most people dont like Van Damme but I was watching Bloodsport last night, I like that movie. Of course another Bolo Yeung movie.

I always liked Gary Daniels myself. Fist of the North Star the live action movie was the peak of the industry.
I do like the new style of movies with more special effects, I just miss the days when the hero had to be a bodybuilder. To me it is important that the hero look like the ideal specimin. Which Jackie Chan and jet li most certainly do not. As Van Damme is getting older, Seagal is pissing off every director he meets, Daniel Bernhardt is spending time with his kids- the industry is really going to the small asians and europeans.
I hope more of the old stars can pop back for this great new era and we can get the best of both worlds.
 
Jet and Jackie were pretty ripped in thier older movies. They are just really, really old now. I think Jet Li is pushing 50, and Jackie might be as old or older.

I stand by that Seagal is a tard.

I have watched every Jackie Chan movie, I have a collection of his movies, pictures, and books. Thats how he inspired me, and thats why I practice, Jeet Kon Do, Respects to Bruce Lee. Osu!
