Write down those goals and ways to achieve them. Better yet, type them into a word processor and print them out. Every morning when you wake up read your goals out loud. After reading them, use incantations (chants) to psych yourself up for obtaining your goals. After your mantra, close your eyes and get into a peacful state. Imagine yourself after already reaching your goals. Picture yourself in different situations (i.e. at the beach, at the swimming pool, etc.) with the body that you envision. Every day do something (anything) that takes you toward completing your goals. EVERY DAY!
At the end of the day, write down what you did to get closer to your goals. Write what you learned from your efforts and write how you can do more (or better) tomorrow.
EVERY DAY!
Try a chant similar to this: "I bust my ass every day to create a stronger and healthier body!" Repeat this chant over-and-over again while imagining yourself meeting your goals!
It is easy bro... Just wake up and get to it!
