Motivation.

i need help getting motivated.. every time i think up a plan. i cant even keep upfor a week. only for about 2 days and then i quit.
 
Make specific goals. What weight do you want to get down to?

Going in not knowing what you want out of it is why your giving up so easily
 
Write down those goals and ways to achieve them. Better yet, type them into a word processor and print them out. Every morning when you wake up read your goals out loud. After reading them, use incantations (chants) to psych yourself up for obtaining your goals. After your mantra, close your eyes and get into a peacful state. Imagine yourself after already reaching your goals. Picture yourself in different situations (i.e. at the beach, at the swimming pool, etc.) with the body that you envision. Every day do something (anything) that takes you toward completing your goals. EVERY DAY!

At the end of the day, write down what you did to get closer to your goals. Write what you learned from your efforts and write how you can do more (or better) tomorrow.

EVERY DAY!

Try a chant similar to this: "I bust my ass every day to create a stronger and healthier body!" Repeat this chant over-and-over again while imagining yourself meeting your goals!

It is easy bro... Just wake up and get to it!

Funny... True... But, you better believe it works!

You know what happens to people who say, "I can't do this" to themselves over-and-over? It is the exact same thing! If you believe in yourself and KNOW you can accomplish something, you will.

I am living proof of this one my friend... Yes I am.

how do you perform a hiit jumprope? if you do 3 min fast and 1 min rest. 3 min fast = can you messup when you try to go fast? and i dont go that fast. ( boxer way ) but i switch off foots to go faster
 
Lark, remember something here. Your only 13, your self discipline and attention span isn't as developed as it will be. Don't take this as an insult because its not meant to be. Don't get too down on yourself for letting your motivation go away. You can teach yourself self discipline, it just takes time.
