Motivation and Motivational Tools, what are yours?

motivation is easy, as a young boy or girl all you want is to be a superhero. at least thats what i wanted. now look at Batman and The Punisher, normal guys whooping a** you know. hey they pump iron why not me. lol.
 
Motivation...

Girls... Love'em all! You rock! =-). Seriously though; a lot of my confidence came from my weight loss, and a lot more condfidence is on it's way! Also when I hit the job force, after school, I'll need as much confidence as I can get to get through job interviews.

Second reason... Health; I want to live a good long happy life (with a loving partner!), have kids, and be able to take care of them.
