Alright.
Nobody knows I'm going back into the weight loss world. It's a secret.
I am Pinch. I was a member who was going strong for a little while, but then slowly lost motivation. I decided to start a new beginning, which meant getting away from the old one. Huzzah.
In recent months I've finally hit the age 18. I can join weight loss sites and be eligible for the plans now. Great! But I'm not going to. My tools currently consist of Fitday, and Weight loss forum.
When I originally started Fitday, my highest weight was 275lbs. I then in the next few months got up to approximately 290. Today I am back down to 255lbs. I've found that ever with the very little effort I do put into it lately, that I am still slowly taking the weight off. Why? Because I've already been made calorie aware,so even without counting I've been reducing slowly.
Anyways. I am a female. I'm not sure if I listed that yet. I am from
. I am ready to start turning my life around. I've gotten a few comments on my weight loss, but I haven't really seen it yet...so I'm ready to start going and get to a point where I can notice
So.
I'll start with today.
No.I don't want to list off what I've eaten today. But anyways.
Day 1:
1500 calories.
No exercise.
Oh. And my biggest motivation right now? My friend is leaving for military training stuff over the summer. He'll be back at the end of August, and I want to surprise him with a little bit of weight loss.
