Ya, it was pretty impractical. But very, very fun while it lasted. If I were to go out and buy another tomorrow, I'd seriously be considering the GT-R.

It's in my photo albums. You have to be my friend to see them because they're private. Marko, I'm in a good mood tonight, so I'll let you see two of them:

Mel is that question for me or stroutman?

If it's for me, ballet gave me that butt; gymnastics reshaped it; track and field built it back up again. Squats are really my saviour now.

:D for you. I didn't see his butt anywhere. Longtime athletes have that muscel qualityI have only begun to uncover and hope I can maximize. Sorry for the thread highjack stoutman!

Wow Ballet? Seriously? I wish i could take some classes. i've heard dancing is a huge help in muscle fitness. :)

Dancing is an amazing way to stay in shape. I couldn't believe how difficult it was until I went back into it at 25. What had been so easy for me before was almost impossible. It took a few months to get back into shape. This was after I trained in track and field (sprinting).

Ballet was the BEST and most difficult form of exercise I've ever done, bar none. You're only using your body weight, but the degree of difficulty in the movements challenges your body in ways that just can't be replicated in the gym.

Acrobatics and gymnastics comes in a close second ;)

Unfortunately, once you've hit your 40s, it becomes a lot more difficult to maintain the muscularity you have. I'm 51, so I want to gain another 10 pounds of muscle to try to combat the evils of aging :D

Random blurbs . Lot's of good stuff happening with Body Improvements. We recently opened up our own gym in Hatfield, PA. I'll update the blog about that soon.

We're also currently interviewing Tom Venuto... stay tuned for that to run.

You look like a swimmer
