Morning wood

I know this might seem ridicilous, I started working out 3 weeks ago, And I've started noticing something weird, I've been getting morning wood fairly often, this wasn't the case when I wasn't working out. Is this occurence related to working out? Anyone had any similar experiences?
 
Excuse me for not understanding your question. But what do you mean by getting morning wood?

It is common to have higher levels of sex hormones when your training often oxytocin is the main one off the top of my head im not 100% sure on the name though,

Also testosterone levels are elevated as well.
 
Are you drinking more water now that you are training?

From my understanding morning wood is caused by a full bladder putting pressure on the prostate.

Too funny. Yeah, the worst part is that you have to wait like 10 mins to urinate. I suppose I get it more frequently nowadays. I have been drinking more water than in the past, plus usually a protein shake bfore bed, so maybe that does have s.t. to do with it. Lately I end up getting up once in the middle of the night to shake the dew as well.

Yeah I drink much more water then before, so you're right that might be causing it.

At least there's a good thing about it, which is knowing that it prevented your body from rolling over out of the bed while sleeping :yelrotflmao::yelrotflmao::yelrotflmao:

Yea believe it or not, it is your body's natural reaction to stop you from peeing in your sleep.

I drink a ton of water everyday, this is natural for me. My wife doesn't mind though.:yelrotflmao:

with me drinking a gallon and a haf of water a day, my wifey is glad she's female too.

I dont know, did you recently get a girlfriend? Thats usually a pretty good cause as well. :)
 
i dont get morning wood but sometimes i would randomly go hard for no reason when im just sitting down at class or something
