More shoulder pain

I have had shoulder problems for years. I went to a doctor and he said it was tendenitis (sp?) It usualy gets worse when I throw somthing over hand i.e. football. Its been hurting again and I noticed there is one spot about as big as my fingertip that is really sore. It is towards the lower latteral middle and is very sensitive to the touch. Is this a rotator insertion point? I can't remember, its been years since biomechanics:eek:

if you raise your arm to the side and slowly lower it, if it drops suddenly in the last 15 degrees that you can bet its a rotator cuff injury.

I dont want to get to much into it because diagnosing shoulders is hard enough even for physios and that because there are soo many possibilities.....usually :p

I know my one isnt rot cuff. Its something else that no body can diagnose. Its not bad but its bad enough to stop me getting my rescue swim cert.

When I went in originaly the doctor had me do sevral movements like the one listed above. I really don't think any movment is limited due to my shoulder but when I do the movements under a load i.e. bench press, it hurts.

The pain hasn't been as bad so I decided to go in and do some light dumbbells the other day as part of FBWO. Now I have pain in my left colorbone:bncry: I know that is a pec connection point but I have no idea what I could have done to make it hurt. I think I am just getting old and falling apart:eek:

I think you need a little more rest than that, ice it, take some Ibroprofen and give it a week or so before doing any more light work.
