I would go with Nobody here and say ~7% as well.

That is an interesting way of taking a leg shot but it came out really nice. Damn, your quads are shreded. Wow, nice work man. Wrestling sure is kicking your butt, I can tell.
 
I like how the upper back muscles are sticking out! You can see the middle traps very well, as well as the teres major and infraspinatus (I think :p)
 
LOL @ 7%.. Almost in the single digits though. Believe me, it's a long road to 7% and when you get there you'll surely know. Definite improvement though, especially the traps and chest!

if i had to estimate my own body fat, i'd say 10-12 o_O because i can pinch on my obliques and my abs arent 100 percent shredded(they just stick out i guess)

since im in wrestling, and i dont feel like force feeding myself for much longer, i might dedicate myself to a short cut diet to drop down a weight class for wrestling. i will feel more efficient as well too. :]

PB, looks like your training is going great. You've made a lot of improvements since we last spoke. I have to agree that you are probably about 10% as well.
