For those of you who thought the sweatshirt pic didn't show how really huge I was......here you go!!!! I was on lots of Prednisone for my almost continually out of control asthma. I think I've come a long way!!! The before pic was taken a few years ago. That's my husband, and one of my sons with me. PS Got a haircut since the last pics posted!!!

you look fantastic - the smile is the same otherwise i'd swear it was a different person - you should be so proud of yourself :D

Now Tammy, don't injure yourself dragging your elliptical upstairs!! I honestly appreciate everyone's kind words and support during this process. We are all working very hard at this. For many years, I never thought this kind of weight loss would be possible for me. I used to make jokes about being thin someday, and make half rear-ended attempts to lose weight and quit. To anyone out there who is in that category, look at these pics. If I can do this,
you can too.

Oh, and how's the asthma now? I've found that mine has subsided a lot.

What a transformation if it wasn't for your eyes and lovey smile which is were I found the only simularities I would have had my doubts.
