Hey, I'm new to these forums so bear with me.
So i'm a 17 year old male 179 cm high 63 kg and i calculated my body fat % at about 7%.
So i have a six pack and a very well built body but there is still that small layer of fat covering my lower abdominals and even a bit of my upper abs.I've been doing a lot more cardio since one month ( doing a HIIT rope jumping for 20 minutes every second day) and i'm not quite sure why i don't get that expected result.So i really want to know how to get my abs look more ripped and defined. Any help appreciated !Ty
