OK the brownies were a BAD idea. I had two yesterday & I know they are empty calories.
I have been tracking calories at SparkPeople & its interesting watching it all add up & it does add up fast! Stuck to my goal & didnt go over yesterday even with the browies, but all the focus on food just makes me want to eat more!
Also I have no idea how to add in some stuff. I can add up everything if I make it at home, but work is going to be a real challenge to track. I work at a health food store & we have a salad/hot bar & sandwiches that are made in house & wrapped ready to go. Its all natural organic good food with great nutritional value & no hydrogenated anything.... but I have NO CLUE what the calorie counts or fat grams or any of that is! Like today there was BBQ shredded chicken, corn on the cob, collards, who knows what all was there calorically? & the mixed fruit.... strawberries, blueberries, starfruit, mango, kiwi, etc... how do you add that into track it? Frustrating. Just makes me want to eat prepacked food all the time.
