Moonbeams Thoughs of the Day

Thanks Slim! It's like balancing my check book, I can do it in my head but feel better when I can see it in black and white.

I had a great workout yesterday. I will do my lower body today, I always seem to work out harder when doing my lower. Maybe because it takes less work to see results on my arms (much smaller muscle group?)...
 
Ok my food so far today:

1266 calories
30% fat
27% carbs
43% protein

I've still got two meals left today, but not too bad...
 
Yesterday I ended at:

30%fate
24%carb
47%protein

My calories should have been higher :mad: I only ended with 1388--not good for my goals!!
 
Ok,yesterday was my off day from working out BUT I kept to my clean diet! I made THE best chicken meal on my Forman grill. I put tomatoes and onion and I made homemade guacamole which if I do say so myself was GREAT! LOL.

I think I broke my Foreman grill though :( I'm on this 'will not procrastinate' kick and maybe I should procrastinate a little bit when putting away hot appliances! It was so hot I dropped it and part of the handle broke off :( I'm hoping it still works....

Today I've got my lower body which always takes more out of me but it feels good :D
 
Aw... I hope it still works too, & your hands ok? If it's just the handle, may be doing some 'MacGyver" move with some crazy glue? I luv my GF grill. Gave it away to my sis during my move unfortunately.
 
LOL, yeah, my hands are ok. I didn't touch the plates just the outside of it. True I'll have to rig it with crazy glue if not I'll HAVE to buy one...they're so dang expensive though!! I had the huge one :(. I love that thing.

Yesterday I had a truly great workout out! I can actually 'feel' the difference in my legs, they feel so firm and my butt is looking better, I'd love to have one of those J-lo, beyonce butts but I'm settling for as big as I can get...good big, not bad big :D
 
Not sure, I haven't tested it yet. I'll probably use it this weekend. I really hope it does still work.

I had a light workout yesterday, did my upper body but took it really easy, I was a little tired...

My food is still in check though, I haven't takent the time to fit day-it but it's consistant with my usual 1700-1900 range which I aim for. On a good note I have weighed myself for the first time since before x-mas and it was great news!!

I've lost a considerable amount of fat and I'm starting to see my muscles even when not flexing :) Like when I cross my legs I can see my leg splits down the center--yay!!!
 
Ok, New week. And I started out wrong LOL. I had Quiznos for lunch and I had a loaded Italian sandwich with just about every kind of meat under the sun and a good but not so good for you cup of clam chowder. But I did wash it all down with a diet coke....just kidding. It was a regular coke :D

I love when people order the entire kitchen with a diet coke :p

I'll have a better afternoon and I will do cardio today :)

Too be honest I do that and so does my step-son even though it doesn't do any good.
