Moonbeams Thoughs of the Day

Yeah, I took last week pretty much off. I started with Monday but one thing after another kept me from going then I just decided to take the whole off and start new today :) Thankfully I kept my food in check, except for the weekend I did eat pizza-yum.

So this week I'm back at it!
 
Yesterdays food was:

Calories 1849

F-41%
C-25%
P-34%

It was good fat though, lol. I had some avocado, yum!

I also did my cardio, which was a 3 mile hike (ran uphill for 1 mile) and my upper body (arms, chest, back).

I'll post today's later on...

I've got to flip that carb/fat ratio no? Oh well. Today I will do my lower body:

lunges
squats
deadlifts (CORRECTION-NO DEADLIFTS)
butt bridges
calves
sit ups

I barely got the carbs over the protein lol. I'm trying to take more protein than anything else. Today I have my upper body and I'm gonna run for 20 minutes

Yesterday was not a good day but my friend was visiting from Texas so I made an exeption:

Obviously we went out to eat :eek: We had Italian but I only see her once per year...

My workout was good. Lower body:

Deadlifts
Butt Bridges
Calves
Abs
Cardio 20 minutes

I'll most likely end with around 1600-1800 total.
Today I will do arms/back/chest and my usualy hike for cardio. I think I will intensify my arm routine this week. Will let you know how it goes...
 
Well not only did I NOT intensify my upper body routine I skipped all together!! But I did do my cardio, I decided to go shopping with my mom afterwards, by the time I got home it was late, I was still going to but then I got a call and you get the picture...excuses excuses. I'll have to do my upper Wednesday/Friday...

Good, I've been aiming for around 2300 because muscle gain is what my goal has been. I've been having a hard time eating that much though.

I think it ended up being less than that because I ended up NOT having an item I had included in those numbers. Oh well.

My realistic goal should be 1800-2000 and hope for good result anyway.

Today I WILL intensify my upper body routine, mainly my arms. I've been doing those at home and I don't have heavy enough weights so I'm off to the gym on upper body as well.

I'll post my food later. BTW, you guys, the best thing to happen to my kitchen was George Foreman, I just got one of his grills over the weekend, I can't believe I didn't have one before-- it rocks!:D
