Well after having a great session at the gym on Monday I woke up the next morning with a limp.I was probably trying to do too much too soon and only have myself to blame for the shin splints.I’m going to go and get fitted with the right sort of trainers on Saturday.Hopefully this will help.
Yesterday’s cals 2280 ,went a bit over target because I was feeling sorry for myself
.Legs were alright this morning though and I made it to the gym and did 30 min on the X trainer followed by walking 1k on the treadmill plus the walk back and fore the gym which totals 3K.I will probably stick to the X trainer for the rest of the week as long as my shins are ok in the morning anyway.
So still plodding on I’ll update later with today’s calories.
