month to buff up before holiday any tips?

Hey guys,

Ok, im 19 weigh 9 1/2 stone, ive lost a stone in the past month, and 5"9 in height. Ive got about a month before i go on holiday, and id like to buff up and tone, i was wondering if you guys could give me any tips or routines to do so i look nicely toned and defined within the month.

I used to work out before and i was buff and toned last summer, but that was all due to about 5 months working out, since ive started Uni ive let my self go a bit didnt work out as much.

My present routine which i have been doing for the past month with little improvements in my body is, working out every other day 3days a week, and doing uper body one day, lower body the next, ect in a circle like that!

maybe step it up to 4 days a week, and make sure your eating real clean. Its gonna be hard to get the where you want in only 1 month.
 
Do a couple of different muscles hard each day, giving each muscle a couple of days rest (look into split routines, plenty of info around this site).

And see how many chickens you can eat a day.
