Hi,
I am beginning today with my diary... hopefully I will be regular.
My age: 28 / Female
I have 2 kids.
My current weight: 67 KG
My height: 5'2 (157 cm)
I want to lose min. 12 KG ( My weight before 8 years was about 49 KG )
I do not drink any Juices, Coke Cola, or any other drinks.
I love to eat chocolates, but now I must control.
My daily routine as a housewife, is at home... but I am active doing many work. I must start regular walking... from today.
So Now my Diary:
Date: 03.09.2010
I am fasting today.
I start my fasting, with 2 breads, yoghurt and tea (black tea with milk).
I am going to end fasting today evening ( 8:30 pm)
Now what I have eaten in Dinner:
2 breads, chicken sauce. 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 yoghurt (200g)
black tea
Water
