Ok...yesterday wasn't the best day. I didn't get a lot done and was VERY exasperated(worked a lot of the day on a listing for ebay for something I was going to sell for someone and I can't sell it now...! WASTED time!).
I ate pretty good I think....
Breakfast:
1c Bran Flakes
1/4c raisins(better then ANY raisin bran!!!!)
1c Light Vanilla Silk soy milk
2 turkey sausages
Snack:
7 Triscuits
1oz swiss cheese
Banana
Lunch:
Toasted whole grain bagel
1/2T light cream cheese
1 slice honey smoked turkey(the healthy kind!)
3 celery sticks with peanut butter(reduced fat) & 3 with light cream cheese
2 large slices of tomatoe with 1oz spinach/tomatoe feta cheese crumbled on top...(YUM!)
(....can you tell I LOVE cream cheese when I'm pregnant??????)
Snack:
..I ate soooo late yesterday I didn't have a snack in the afternoon
Dinner:
Do I HAAAAAAAAAAVE to get there?????
1 Mad Max burger from Outback Steakhouse
1 bun
1 large beef patty
Lettuce
Tomatoe
Onions
mushrooms
Provolone cheese
Mustard(YUCK!? forgot to have them leave it off!)
Fries...but only ate a few because they were GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSS! and SALTY!??!?!?!?!?!?
1/4T Homemade honey mustard sauce(hardly any and it's all with light ingredients anyway!)
1tsp ketchup
1/2 of a side salad(IT was even gross...bleck!)
just to wash it all down I drank 4 glasses of water while watching Biggest Loser.......NEVER again!?
The burger was bad.....as SatSaint as for it to be cooked without butter. The flavor was good, but I'm so used to having homemade turkey burgers just cooked with some Mrs. Dash. That was a bit much!

Whole wheat pita(split completely in half so it's like you have 2 pieces of bread
1T Fat Free Miracle Whip(if that)
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
1 cheese slice
Lean turkey made into a patty seasoned with Mrs. Dash...broiled(flipping halfway through).
Assemble and eat...it is HEAVENLY!? And it's great if you prefer beef....get some extra lean beef. YUUUUM! It's amazing how big of a patty 4oz of turkey or beef can make!
Ok....so dinner was hideous, but the rest of the day was pretty good.
I am going to be working on coming up with 2 or 3 different sets of exercises that I can rotate through the week. I need to lose before I get to big to do anything. I especially need to strengthen my stomach muscles.....so I have joined BabyFit.com and am going to kind of be following along that...EXCEPT the calorie intake!!! They're saying I need to eat 2900-3200 calories/day!?!?!?!?

I think not!
