I'm a little hesitant starting a diary....never sure where to start! First day of the rest of my life right? I've come further then I have ever come before! I have lost 23lbs yes........BUT even bigger things have happened for me. I have lost a LOT of inches! Which has never happened before!
I am going to continue with the Dr. Phil Weight Loss Solution. My only support right now is my wonderful husband! I do talk to my mom on the phone about it and she is sooo excited for me(she is losing weight too), but my hubby keeps me accountable and supports me. It's wonderful!
I did a stint of working out a Gold's Gym for 2 months. I worked out for an hour to an hour and half 3-5 days/week. I was eating good(not drinking enough). I only lost 4" and 6 lbs. And that is going from being sedintary(sp?) to working out a LOT! I got soo tired, and it never went away. I got to the point where I was literally have 2-3 naps a day...hard to do with 2 small children...because I just couldn't function! It was HELL!
I was DREADING going to back working out, eating right, because I was worried the same thing would happen!!!!!!! I'm not sure what the difference is but thank GOODNESS it's not happening again!!!! Though I'm not working out like that either...
So...my dramatic inches lost include:
Chest: WAS-52" NOW-46.5"
Waist: WAS-47" NOW-43"
Hips: WAS-66" NOW 60"
Left Arm: WAS-19" NOW-17 1/4"
Right Arm: WAS-19 3/4" NOW 17"
Left Thigh: WAS- 33 1/2" NOW 32"
Right Thigh: WAS-32 1/2" NOW-32"
Grand total of 21 1/2"!!!



*wow! I've never added it up. I thought I lost maybe 10"!!! lol....*
I remember when those scales hit the 200's I BURST into tears! I will NEVER see the 300's again!?!?
I am slowly allowing myself to get excited and be totally proud of what I have done, but it has taken time! I don't congratulate or give myself credit easily...just ask my dh!
Right now my goal for this week is to get through this week....still not feeling well! Just eating right and trying to continue drinking water. It's hard when I don't feel well. I've been averaging 9 glasses, so still doing good
I just want to feel good again....one of my biggest goals is to be able to ride horses again. I miss it so much. I can't even get on a bloody horse. I couldn't heft myself up if I wanted to!!!! I had to sell my horse when I came to live in Florida(the things you do for love
)....so I would LOVE to get another, but before I do that I HAVE to lose weight. So I guess you could say one of my rewards to myself is going to be getting a horse again 
Oh yes, and my timeline. I would like to be down to my ideal weight by next Christms
And I most definitely feel that that is a realistic timeline! Especially if I work hard at. Oh...hmmmmmm.....well, maybe not if I'm pregnant! lol....I'll adjust accordingly once I find out!
Ok, I could blither on all day! Time to get the kids snacks and ready for naps!
