My first week on my new diet and things are going well. my starting weight 163:eek: im down 2lbs to 161. Goal weight 130 lbs, so here we go.

Great job on the 2lb loss. I've found that keeping a diary, charting everything you eat and all your exercise helps ( Which means I should get back in gear with keeping my diary on this forum! :doh:) You should check out the July Challenge as well. My goal is 130 too. Keep it up and Good Luck!
