Hey everyone! A lot of the people on this forum know me as Fox and I've been dieting since January 10th. I've had my slip-ups with dieting/exercising, but yesterday was the first day in almost 1 1/2 months of eating healthy! So, I've decided that today I'm starting a new blog (Part II) of my Journey to lose weight and eventually go back out and surf again. I got till December/January to reach my goal of 130 lbs and I can't wait to get to my dream weight!

[Clean Eating Challenge!]
Day 1
1 cup of coffee with soymilk.
1 banana.
1 cup of cinnamon fiber cereal with organic milk
1 cup of coffee with creamer
5 mile 1/2 jog/walk

1 hamburger w/ fries
