I bought a Health Master and it's coming in the mail. Juicing should be starting within one week!!! WOOHOO!! Cleanse time!!!


Bike is going good! I am trained enough to do the distance for the mini triathlon which is about 11 miles. I want to shave off time now, so I need to put in more hours on the bike. Hurts to sit on the seat so long tho, I need to toughen up!

Oh, I love cleansing! good or you girl! I saw Montel selling those health masters on TV, they look amazing!! Tell me how you like it. My juicer takes out the pulp, but the health master keeps everything in. Should be interesting!!
 
Hey MJ I decided to read you journal last friday and just got up to date today.
You have had great progress and you will see WW is great it's more then just counting calories, it helps you make good decision!


Thanks Verobc for stopping by! I have been getting much stronger! Not as much weigh loss as I had hoped for, but I am building strength and endurance.

Thursday Update:

So I have to admit that I have not been giving it all I got lately. I have felt fatigued, and am really trying to turn it around.

My goal is to step up the exercise this next week. I have to really pick up my walking and running for my half marathon in October. Time to get that ticker to 100 miles!! No more slacking!

You know I was watching the Biggest Loser last night, and looking at Sunshine, made me realize that there are no such things as PLATEUS unless we make them. (did I spell that right?! ...anyway.)

You see them, every week, smash 20 million pounds. She is almost at my weight! I can't believe it. If I don't move my ass she will reach MY GOAL before I do...WTF, ALTA?!?!

You inspired me to go for a long bike ride this weekend so thank you for the inspiration! I agree I have not been giving it my all and am ready to step up the exercise again this week! Thanks for the motivation!
 
Hey! Well I think pausing it is better than just letting it run and you standing there taking a break! lol... at least you'd still be doing the whole workout. Before you know it you won't have to pause it at all!

I finally got my hubby to put my bike together (the front wheel was off for storage purposes). He also had to pump the tires and grease the chain. So now it's ready to go!
 
Hi MJ! Tell me more about this mini-triathlon you are doing! What are the distances and how much are you training in each discipline?

I did a sprint triathlon last year as a reward for all the weight I had lost up to that point. It was awesome.
