MJ's Road To Fitness

Friday Morning Update:

Woke up feeling great today! Yay!! Thank God, I was praying last night to give me strength to take on a new day without feeling the ickys.

Figured out I am in the midst of PMS, so it makes sense why I was such an emotional trainwreck the last few days. TMI, I know!!!

I'm going to delete my "woe is me" post from the other day, as I can't stand looking at it anymore.

Life is good and great things are in store for me!!

Started out my morning with some power juices.

Breakfast so far:
2 cups of pineapple
1 red apple
2 cups of cantaloupe
2 cups watermelon

Yum!!!
 
Made it through the weekend and stayed strong! Didn't stray from my diet at all. Yay!

Mondays Workout
60 min Treadmill

Tuesdays Workout
30 min Treadmill
30 min Elliptical

So far so good!

Still using fitday to track my nutrition and weight goal for the wedding, less than 4 weeks till the big day.

Wednesday Update:

Feeling really good today! Yay!!

I started my Candida cleanse finally! On day 5 right now. I haven't felt this good in months. I'm excited!! Die candida, die!!!! It's war!!!

So basically I am just eating lean meats, and veggies. Cutting out high carbs and sugars, dairy, nuts, and vinegar products, condiments, etc...

Trying to go for a big loss this week.

WOW!!! :eek: Day 5 already!!! That's great!! You are definitely going to see a big loss this week. I can't wait.

I got lazy last night to jump on the treadmill but today I have no clients at night...so NO EXCUSE!!! :D!!! Even if it is to just walk!....I want to bring in the summer RIGHT!! ;)!!!

....So are the cravings going down? I noticed that they start really leaving after 3-4 days. You eating 5-6 little meals?

Wonderful job MJ! Candida aside, any diet with lean meats and veggies are going to equate to a nice loss. Keep it up!

My cravings are down!! I still crave something sweet and bubbly to drink! Errrrr..

Artificial sweeteners are so bad! I cant find any ready made sugar free drinks that are not toxic. So it's just been water and tea. I miss my bubbles tho. Trying to remind myself that they throw off the body pH too, so no bubbles!!
 
Wow that is an amazing workout!! 4 weeks till the wedding!! Keep up those workouts and you'll be slimmer for sure! That big loss next week is yours - just stay consistent and determined - the rest is history!
 
Going camping Friday-Sunday this weekend. I am bringing all my own food, so as long as I don't get tempted by the other people's smores and what not, I should come out of this weekend with a loss.

Going with a group of triathletes who are training at the campground area on the hills and in the lake.

I plan on burning some mean calories myself.

If I don't get back on here before hand, I will see you all Monday!

I am going to be a busy bee getting ready as I haven't packed a thing yet, and still have to go shopping, set up my fish to be alone without me, pack up the dogs stuff and do laundry and clean up the kitchen before I go. Yikes!!! We leave tomorrow afternoon.
 
Camping was so cold! OMG was I freezing at night.

I brought all my own food and did pretty good Friday & Saturday. Had a couple brownies Saturday night, but not too bad.

So far this week is going great diet wise. Haven't had a workout the last day or two, been too tired!

Working on getting my taxes done, so I am going to be busy! Of course I wait until the last minute as usual. Ugh!

Hey girl!! That's great that you had fun camping!! You guys seem to have fun wild times always. :) I love it!...I've only been camping ONCE!! ...that's it.

It was really fun though. I loved it! Good for you on the food front. REALLY good for you! It's tough to not stuff your face while you just sit around. It's part of the camping fun sometimes..lol. At least I would imagine. LOL!!!

Get those taxes done! You'll feel better once you do, it's a huge weight off your mind. Trust me, we just did ours last Monday. :p
 
I'm trying hard to stay above that yellow line,....especially with my GAIN ....boooo!!!

Thanks chica!! I love camping, especially when it's not freezing! The good thing about camping are there are usually no stores or fast food to eat, so if you bring healthy foods, you are good to go. It's your friends that bring the bad stuff, like smores and try to offer them to you!!!

I even made 100 calorie margaritas! LOL

Thanks mizzie! Taxes are done and I am getting back $1,000.00 Well worth it! Yay!! Feeling so much more relaxed now.
