Hawaii Weekly Wokout Update
So far so good here in Hawaii!! Getting in lots of Cardio!
Monday:
Rest Day
Tuesday:
30 min Swim/Snorkel
Wednesday:
65 min Brisk Walk along the beach (3 miles)
Thursday:
Walk outdoors 65 min = 3 miles
Treadmill 30 min= 1.4 miles
Indoor bike 30 min = 5.2 miles
Swim/snorkel 45 min
Friday:
Crossramp 30 min = 2.0 miles
Treadmill 30 min = 1.2 miles
Indoor Bike 60 min = 10.5 miles
Saturday:
Swim/Snorkel 60 min
Sunday:
Rest Day
Monday:
Walk Outdoors 60 min = 3.0 miles
Indoor Bike 37 min = 5.0 miles
weights (Arms) 8 sets (8 reps each)
Ab Ball (2 sets of 8)
Fries and gravy, YUM! I mean.. bad BAD! At least I didn't eat them all, thank god, because it was a huge portion, LOL.
