Hey MJHope your back starts feelin better soon. When my back feels tight or sore, I like to use the exercise balls at the gym; lay on them and use them to stretch a little. It doesn't always do the trick, but it definately helps.
Thanks Jess! I am going to give that a try! I started sleeping with a pillow between my knees and that's helping. Damn, my belly is so big, it's like I'm pregnant with a food baby! Sheesh.
