Wednesday Update
So far this week has been going well. I've been super busy working, and stressed out! Today I can finally breathe as I have finished up some projects!!
Good News!
I have lost already 1.4 pounds since Monday and it's only Wednesday! I am almost half way to my 3 pound goal this week!
I am sticking with my diet of cutting out all simple carbs and sugars, and getting my complex carbs through vegetables instead. So no breads, pastas, refined carbs, etc...
Also, took a 45 min walk Tuesday for some exercise.
I plan on working out today too.
One step at a time... I can do this!
