It has been quite the hiatus. But I am back. Hoping to stick to this journal and stick to a healthy and clean diet with lots of exercise *at least* until the end of the month. I guess a lot has happened in between now and my last post. Most notably sat a major exam and got into school. In terms of realizations, have had a lot of "ahhh" moments. No solid solutions to the questions that plague my mind but want to work towards peace.

Anyways, stats:

CW: 112lbs
GW: 100 lbs
Height: 4 ft 11 inches
BMI: 22.6

Healthy weight range for height: 92 lbs- 125 lbs

Goal for end of this week: 109-110 lbs flat

Packed my salad and bran flakes for work tomorrow. Will hit gym after work.

Let's get this party started.
 
Day One of being good

The weather is getting warmer.

Eats for today:
cereal- bran flakes with milk and a but of sugar
spinach salad with chicken, carrots and some coleslaw dressing
cup of coffee- two milks, one sugar
chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread
apple
almonds

22 more days to go till month-end!

Exercise:
Approx 2.5 km

Nice to "virtually" meet you Misty. I like the attitude(bring it on) hopefully things are going well. Dont know if you use any apps or websites, but I use Livestrong.com to track all my food everyday and I love it. I also use the Runkeeper app on my Iphone for my fitness it is awesome. Stay motivated, you will achieve your goals:) Take care talk to you soon.

CW: 111.2 lbs

I was on my period for a while...and I will not lie there was a week where I was out every other night having dinner with friends. Goal weight for end of this week: 109lbs. I find that I tend to have a hard time losing when I reach the 110lb mark, but I'm going to keep my goal at 109 for this week- bit ambitious to be honest but it will push me.

A friend of mine who has been running for 2 months, I saw her this weekend, and was astonished to see the amount of weight she has lost. She's nearly my size or smaller and this girl was bigger than me!!! Definitely motivating.
 
CW: 111.2 - I gained up to 114 lbs - and had to work to lose it. My diet is much better. Have eliminated bread but not carbs from my diet.

Goal for the end of this week? 110 lbs, baby!
