Miss-shaped body just above my hips and chest seperation.

Hi. I'm 19, just under if not exactly 6 foot 5 and about 15 stone. I have quite big thighs, and more importantly i have big hips. Just above my hips my body goes in and then back out when it gets to the bottom of my ribs.
I was wondering if anyone had any guidance for me as to how to straighten out my torso on the sides. I don't want to lose any weight but i know it's impossible to be able to gain weight in specific areas.
I was also wondering about my chest. Thing is, i have quite badly shaped pecks, edging their way towards moobs (man boobs haha) and the seperation between them is significant. Any tips on how to improve this or change it?

It sounds like you need to gain some muscle in the obliques, and pecs, and shed a little body fat (or likely just eat a cleaner diet...crap diet means crap body)
 
What you described is natural. For the pecs to look less like moobs, lift and do cardio. Following a better diet works well too. Have you ever seen a bodybuilder in the offseason? They have moobs (depending on how much wait they decide to put on). When it gets closer to competition, the moobs quickly change into pecs when they drop the weight.
