What a perfect day Kim ! Great food and an hour on the bike. You are lucky that you like all the green veggies. I acquire a taste for them but they don't really excite me.

VBF--- I keep my self accountable when I list everything and break everything out, then I know just how bad I'm doing fat wise or calorie wise, it's more of a mind trick for me, and it works. LOL LOL

Today, hmmm I think I wrenched my back yesterday, the lower left hand side feels like a strained muscle has been pulled. OUCH!!! but it shouldn't stop me from biking again tonight, or I'll just have to tough it out regardless. I tried the stretching and heating pad didn't help much, oh well.......

SOMEBODY please SLAP ME! I didn't eat breakfast this morning, NOT good, **Kim is disappointed in herself**** that is one of my key meals, I got caught up in being early for a change for work this morning and just forgot I didn't eat, that's probably why I was 15 minutes early. LOL LOL I should have known it was to good to be true. I did just nibble on some graham crackers, but I'm waiting with very little patience to take lunch. Should be in about an hour, I'll just drink 30 oz of water now and that should curb that itch to eat until then.

I'll post my meals for the day later this afternoon. Got to get back to work.

AWWWW that was the best thing I heard all day today!! Thank you!! I missed you too, and I'm very happy to see your still on here. I had a lot going on this 2008, I changed jobs, which was a great, great thing, not that I didn't love my job before, but I love this one ten times better. Plus, my sons both moved out of the house after graduation, so it's been empty nest lately, and WOW was that a huge change up. But, it's winter and I don't have much to do outside anymore, and well nobody but myself to pick up after, so I have more time to post on WLF, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really, really missed it here!

Now, I'm sure there will be weeks where I can only post once or twice, but I'm going to post every spare moment I have. I'm currently the auditor for a wonderful state program, and it keeps me busy during our huge audit times. But I pretty much choose my own hours, so I'm trying to work out the kinks in the times I'm working.

I'll be sure to run by your diary and keep you going when I'm on, I PROMISE you that. It's so nice to see you on again, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast-----Uh, "OH NO" I forgot to eat today. LOL LOL

Morning snack: 2 graham cracker flats ( you know 4 squares) 130 calories
2 Cup of Coffee-40 calories

Lunch: Harvest Select tortilla soup- 260 calories
this soup is fantastic, it has black beans, rotel, corn, rice and chicken in it. mmmm I just love it

afternoon snack: (10 knots) sourdough pretzel knots, they are so cute, little tiny knots that are made from pretzel. mmmmm-- 100 calories

Dinner:2C home made chili bean soup- 550 calories

after dinner snack: handful of peanuts, I had to shell them myself, or I probably would of had more. LOL LOL ----150 calories

Total Calories: 1,190

That soup sounds yummmy, and I havent had peanuts in a looong time, I love them in their shell for the same reasons too, lol...eat less of them.

Got one living away at college, but the other one just won't leave...

J/K I love my kids, and luckily they are either working or at school most of the time... (did I say that?).
 
It's so weird to have both the warm fuzzy parental feeling and the gee-is-this-chick-EVER-going-to-fly? at the same time. lol Me, it's the messy habits. Just little things like a sticky & crumb-covered kitchen counter, or muddy workboots or pairs of sneakers on the living room table. Both are gym rats and have stinky gym bags they leave at the front entrance instead of put in their rooms. Very appealing odor when guests arrive.

LOL Okay I need Kim, Damnit. Where is she??? Oh. She's sleeping. Like most normal people. Shhhhhhh.
 
HAHAHAHA I stayed on for as long as I could last night, then I finally had to shut it down at 10 and hit the hay, I'm up by 6:30am and you know I still have to get at least an hour of my tv time in before I close my eyes for the night, I know it's routine, and I love it!!

Well let's see how I got my boys to move out.................... I didn't, they just decided on their own to start their journey's and I had NOTHING to do with it at all, trust me I baby them BIG TIME! so it wasn't me, sorry I'm no help at all am I. I miss them both horribly, but I get a Tex Message every day from them, so I know they are doing fine! One is in TN with friends, the other is still here in OK working his butt off most the time.

Not much to post as of yet since it's only 9am and I haven't even really started the day yet. It's friday and I love Friday!! I'm wearing my jeans, black blouse and new boots, I'm so comfortable today!! ahhh considering I wear skirts and pant suits all week, I long for Friday's I guess I needed to reiterate that. LOL LOL
Well it's off to run some audits, everyone enjoy your day. Oh and again I missed breakfast, crap this is becoming a daily event and I'm not happy with it at all, but it wasn't that I didn't want to eat it, I was out of milk this morning, CRAP..... *note to self, stop by store and pick up mile today*, OH and don't forget the Merlot too.
